You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the error is ours (for example, we shipped the wrong or defective item).
After you return your package to the return carrier, it typically takes up to four weeks to receive a refund, but in most cases, a refund will be issued sooner. This timeframe includes the time it takes for the returned item to reach us via courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).
