You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the error is ours (for example, we shipped the wrong or defective item).
After you return your package to the return carrier, it typically takes up to four weeks to receive a refund, but in most cases, a refund will be issued sooner.
