2. PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION

3. DELIVERY AND COSTS
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering within the legal period of 30 days. Shipping costs and delivery terms will be clearly stated on the payment screen.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not have lost its resalable quality.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Personalized products with the buyer's special requests

  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Opened and used products

  • Products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire


6. RETURN CONDITIONS
Return requests must be made within the right of withdrawal period. The product must be returned complete with its original packaging and invoice. Return shipping costs: [Buyer/Seller responsible - please specify]

7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

Before confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all information contained in this form. Completion of the order constitutes electronic confirmation of this form.
