TOPIC 2
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically through the Seller's website www.aecprive.com.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer accepts and declares that he/she has read and is aware of all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product/service subject to the contract and has given the necessary approval electronically.

4.2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30 (thirty) day period.

4.3. If the Seller cannot supply the product subject to the contract for a justified reason, it may supply another product of equal quality and price or refund the contract price, provided that the Buyer is informed and approved.

4.4. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery of the product, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations fully and completely. Therefore, any damages and expenses arising from the Buyer's late receipt of the product shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual product to him or to the person/organization at the address he has indicated.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not have lost its resalable properties.

5.3. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest after the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal reaches the Seller.

5.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Specially produced products in line with the buyer's requests

• Opened hygiene products

• Products that spoil quickly or may expire

6. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

7. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is electronically confirmed by the Buyer. By confirming the order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
