AEC PRIVE USER AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

It has been concluded between the internet user ( “Member” ) who is a member of the www.aecprive.com website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the persons who will become members of the e-commerce site www.aecprive.com operated by AEC PRIVE, the terms of use of the site and the mutual responsibilities of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

3.1. The person who wishes to become a member declares that he/she accepts all the terms and conditions in this agreement by filling out the membership form on www.aecprive.com .

3.2. The Member declares that he/she is over 18 years of age and has legal capacity.

3.3. Membership is individual and non-transferable. AEC PRIVE reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. MEMBER'S LIABILITIES

  • Members agree that the information they provide to the site is accurate and up-to-date. They are responsible for any damages that may arise from providing incorrect information.

  • Members are responsible for the security of their username and password. They are responsible for any legal and criminal liability that may arise if they share their username and password with third parties.

  • Members may use the site only for lawful purposes. They may not upload content that violates the rights of others, is offensive, or is illegal.

  • Members cannot engage in any technical behavior that could disrupt, overload or damage the site in any way.

4.2. LIABILITIES OF AEC PRIVE

  • AEC PRIVE is obliged to keep the Member's personal data confidential within the scope of KVKK and not to share it with third parties (except for legal obligations).

  • If there is any technical problem in the services offered through the site, corrections will be made as soon as possible.

  • AEC PRIVE reserves the right to change the content of the services, terminate membership or close the system.

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

AEC PRIVE processes user information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) . Members can access detailed information regarding the processing of their personal data on the [Privacy Policy] page.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All visual and written content, designs, brands, and logos on the www.aecprive.com website are the property of AEC PRIVE. Members may not copy, reproduce, or use these contents for commercial purposes without permission.

7. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

7.1. The Member may close his/her account at any time.
7.2. AEC PRIVE may suspend or completely cancel the membership if it detects that the Member has acted in breach of this agreement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AEC PRIVE cannot be held responsible for order issues, data loss, or access problems resulting from system errors. Members acknowledge that use of the site is entirely at their own risk.

9. COMPETENT COURT

Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this contract.

10. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the membership form and clicking the "Sign Up" button, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. This agreement has been executed electronically and is now in effect.
