AEC PRIVE – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. CARGO PROCEDURES

Your orders are shipped to your registered delivery address via our contracted courier companies. All shipments are shipped with a tracking number for order security.

Cargo Company: [Contracted company name – e.g. Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG, Aras, etc.]
Shipping Service: Door to door delivery
Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days , depending on stock status.
Orders placed on public holidays and weekends are processed on the first following business day.

Delivery time:

  • Within Istanbul: Usually 1-2 business days

  • Other cities: 2-4 business days

  • Delivery time in villages, towns or mobile areas may vary depending on the courier company.

3. SHIPPING FEE

  • Shipping is free for purchases over a certain amount (e.g. 750 TL and above).

  • Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the payment page and notified to the customer.

4. THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN DELIVERY IS DUE

  • When receiving your order, please check the package in front of the cargo officer .

  • If you detect damage, missing or incorrect product on the product, you must keep a report and contact us.

  • Unfortunately, returns without a report cannot be accepted.

5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS

  • If the cargo company cannot be found at the recipient address, it usually comes to the address once more or keeps the package at the nearest branch.

  • In this case, you will be notified and given a specific time to pick up the package from the branch.

  • Orders that are not received within the specified time will be returned to us.
